As of October 10th, 2025

CZECH PIVO

TENNER

Czech Pale Lager ||  4.0% ||  Czech Mug || 10° P
Taste: Lemon, Crispy, Black Pepper
Notes: The most widely consumed beer style in the country that consumes the most beer in the world. Brewed with floor-malted barley and Saaz hops. Triple decocted, open fermented, naturally carbonated, lagered forever.

THE STANDARD

Czech Pils ||  4.4% ||  Czech Mug || 12° P
Taste: Lemon, Malty Sweetness, Bread
Notes: Classic Czech pale lager, brewed with floor-malted Pils malt and Sterling hops. Double decoction, open fermentation, and extended lagering time bring a bit of Plzen to Brighton and Salem.

THE VALLEY

Czech Pils ||  4.6% ||  Czech Mug || 12° P
Taste: Honey, Biscuit, Pepper
Notes: We used the recipe and process of the Standard, and substituted the Czech base malt in the Standard to Valley Malt from Holyoke MA. As this beer displays, local malt can certainly compete with the classics from Europe.

TMAVÝ

Czech Dark Lager || 4.5% || Czech Mug || 12° P
Taste: Sweet Dried Fruit, Toasted Dark Bread, Dry Finish
Notes: Tmavy is Czech for "dark". Double decocted, open fermented, naturally carbonated, lagered forever.

GERMAN BIER

ALTBIER

Dusseldorf-style Altbier || 4.5% || Willi Becher
Taste: Malt, Caramel, Toast
Notes: An ale fermented like a lager (long, slow, and cold) delivers a snappy bitterness with rounded notes of dark crusty bread and caramel. Sweet vanilla notes balance earthy bitterness, giving this beer a unique layered flavor.

HEFE WEISSE

Bavarian Wheat Bier || 5.2% || Weisse Glass
Taste: Clove, Banana, Full-bodied
Notes: Classic Bavarian wheat beer and one of the most technically challenging beers we make. Open fermented for maximum aroma and flavor, with clove and banana aromas formed from the unique Bavarian yeast.

HELLES STADT

Munich Helles ||  4.8%  || Willi Becher
Taste: Bright, Honey, Subtle Sweetness
Notes: A classic style from Munich, and what the Bavarians created after the Czech’s discovered Pilsner. Less hoppy than the Pilsner, Helles is malt driven with cracker and white grape aromas and the flavor is clean and bright.
Fun Fact: Helles is German for light or bright. Stadt is German for town / city. Helles Stadt is loosely translated to Bighton (Bright town).

⁣ROTBIER

Nuremberg Red Lager || 5.0% || Willi Becher
Taste: Caramel Nuts, Bisquit, Toasted Malt
Notes: A rarely found style originating from Nuremberg in Franconia. The red color comes from the unique Francoinian malt, as well as an extended decoction and wort boiling. Double decocted, naturally carbonated, and conditioned in horizontal lagering tanks for two months.

⁣UNGESPUNDET

Franconian Amber Kellerbier || 4.5% || Willi Becher
Taste: Malty, Toasty, Soft Carbonation
Notes: Named after the fermentation process that regulates the amount of natural carbonation, this beer is malt forward, toasty in aroma and most importantly, incredibly drinkable. Ungespundet = Unbunged

ZWICKEL BIER

Bavarian Pale Lager  ||  4.5%  || Willi Becher
Taste: Zesty, Bready, Floral
Notes: An unfiltered Bavarian pale lager traditionally served with a slight haze direct from the lagering tank. Hopped with Spalt, this beer displays a nice balance of malt sweetness and hop bite. Notes of lemon and citrus, supported by a bready, light body.

BAVARIAN RADLER

Lager + Lemonade || 2.5% ABV || Willi Becher

SALZBURG RADLER

Lager + Grapefruit Soda || 2.5% ABV || Willi Becher

LAGERS

THE CROW

Vienna Corn Lager || 4.2% || Willi Becher
Taste: Woody, biscuit sweetness, spice
Notes: The Crow uses the Valley’s Standard Pilsner malt and Vienna Maize. The Vienna Maize is what gives the Crow its golden hue and brings a subtle biscuit-y sweetness. We enjoy the depth of flavor and versatility that corn brings to our beers. We also dry hop the Crow, post fermentation and at a lower temperature, we use Crystal hops which have an earthy, woody spice and subtle floral notes. The Crow is 4.2%, a beautiful crystal clear golden yellow, with a malty sweetness that is balanced by the woody spice of Crystal.

ALES

DOG & PONY SHOw

New England Pale Ale || 4.5% || Willi Becher
Taste: Bright, Kiwi, Pink Grapefruit
Notes: Brewed with wheat and pils malt, and hopped with only Citra.
