Kölsch Day is coming to Notch Brighton!

On Tuesday, February 28, our Brighton Tap Room will be all Kölsch, only Kölsch, all day!

Join us for a day of Kölsch-style Brauhaus table service & german food. No admission fee and no tickets necessary! Stop by whenever you'd like, from 4pm to 8pm.

Köbes (servers) will come to your table with kränze (trays) of Kölsch in stangen (Kölsch glasses). Each time you receive a Kölsch, a notch is marked on your coaster (this is the origin of the Notch name!). Repeat as desired, and when Kölsch is no longer desired, place a coaster on top of your glass to signal your surrender. At the end of your session, the notches are added up, and you will be presented with your tab for beer. Easy!
