Pitch Lined Pils is back!

Czech Pale Lager, 12° Plato, Open Fermented, Double Decocted and Lagered in newly pitched barrels for over three months

We first introduced Pitch Line Pils in 2019, and over the last few years have been working to scale up the pitch production process. Our head brewer Chris traveled to Bavaria a few times over the last year to oversee new lager barrel fabrication for Notch, in addition to sourcing new pitch.
