Join us for the 2024 Salem Maritime Festival, which will be held on Saturday, August 3rd from 11 am - 6:30 pm (Biergarten 12-6p). The event takes place at Salem Maritime National Historic Site on Derby Street. This event is free and open to the public!

This year, the Salem Maritime Festival will feature a wide range of entertainment, including musicians, magic, visiting vessel, traditional craft demonstrators, and hands-on activities. This year’s event will also include the second “Great Salem Maritime Cardboard Boat Regatta.” Teams of two will test their ingenuity by racing homemade cardboard boats that will launch from Derby Beach.
