Brighton kitchen Staff
Position Summary:
The kitchen staff’s primary focus is serving food while providing a positive customer experience and accurately representing the Notch Brand.
Compensation:
$ 20 per hour plus pooled tips on all food sales.
Essential Functions:
Heating and plating food
Serving food directly to customers
Time management of tickets/prep/cleaning throughout the shift
Adhering to food safety and quality regulations
Learning about menu items and memorizing food descriptions
Prepping throughout shift to keep up with demand of product on a daily and weekly basis
Alerting manager when something is low or 86’d
Maintaining a clean work environment by removing trash, regularly wiping down surfaces, cleaning kitchen equipment, washing dishes, sweeping/mopping kitchen floor, etc
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Ability to multitask and stay organized during high ticket times
Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
Basic math and computer skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong task and time management abilities
